甲醛改性高吸水性树脂的合成和性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 以硫酸饰铵为引发剂,在甲醛存在下,将马铃薯淀粉与丙烯腈接枝共聚合,经皂化后制得了甲醛改性高吸水性树脂。本文研究了该树脂的吸水性与甲醛、丙烯腈、糊化水和皂化的碱用量以及反应温度和时间的关系。实验结果表明,制得的高吸水性树脂具有良好的吸水速率。 The graft copolymer of potato starch and acrylonitrile was prepared with eerie ammonium sulfate as initiator and in the presence of the formaldehyde, Water-absorbable resin of correcting property by formaldehyde was prepared with saponification of the graft copolymer .The relations of the water-absorption rate of the resin, with the weights of formaldehyde, acrylonitrile, water of the starch pasting and alkali of the saponif ication and the reaction temperatures and times were studied. The experiment shows that the super water-absorbable resin has pretty good water-absorption rate.
