摘要
本文利用有约束非线性规划的方法,建立了以汽车扭杆弹簧的变形能为目标函数的最优化数学模型,通过上机计算,得到扭杆弹簧的最佳设计参数。这种最优化设计方法不仅取得了最佳效果,而且减轻了设计人员繁重的计算负担,减少了一些不必要的试验。
With the method of restrain nonlinear programming,the article establishes an op- timum mathematical model with keeping the deformation energy of automobiles torsion-rod spring as its object function. Through computer calculation,the optimum design data of the torsion-rod spring are obtained. This optimum design approach not only provides the opti- mum effect,but also reduces strenuous labour of the designer and some unnecessary experi- ments.
