摘要
本文从热拔伸挤压模具用材的性能要求入手,分析了常规马氏体型和奥氏体型模具钢的缺点与不足,简要介绍了新研制的α+γ双相基体铁基合金及其合金化设计和强化机理;又从高温机械性能、时效行为、模腔表面硬度、模具寿命等方面进行对比,说明新材料是一种可以适应工作温度750℃左右、适合钢坯热拔伸挤压成形,且很有推广应用价值的模具材料。
To take the properties required by the material of hot working dies as the point of departure,the defects and deficiency of common martensitic and austenitic die steels are ana- lyzed. A newly prepared dual-phase (α+γ) alloy as well as designing and strengthening mechanism of this alloy are concisely introduced. The conclusion is made that the new dual- phase alloy is suitable to manufacture the die working at 750℃ by comparing the new dual- phase alloy with common martensitic and austenitic die steels in hot mechanical property, ageing behaviour, hardness on interior surface of mould and the life of mould. It is hardly too much to say that the new dual-phase alloy is a valuable popularized material for making into hot working dies applied at elevated temperature.
