摘要
本文通过理论分析和实验测试方法研究了立式超声珩磨装置的温度场.结果表明,立式超声珩磨装置的主要热源是弯曲振动圆盘,其次是变幅杆输出端的发热.对弯曲振动圆盘和变幅杆输出端施加冷却液后,其最高温度只有40℃,操作工人可以接受.同时,频率漂移量减少了39.6%.
Temperature field of vertical ultrasonic vibration honing device is investigated by theoretical analysis and practical measurement. Test results show that the first heat source of vertical ultrasonic vibration honing device is the flexural vibration disc, and the second heat source is the ultrasonic amplitude transformer. By putting coolant on the flexural vi- bration disc and the output of ultrasonic amplitude transformer, the highest temperature is only 40℃.Workers may accept it. Meanwhile, the frequency fluctuation cna be reduced by 39.6%.
