摘要
仅通过添加少量电化学调整剂实现了硫化共生矿石的无捕收剂电化学浮选。在适当的矿浆电势Eh和pH值下,黄铜矿和黄铁矿表面适度氧化,可生成疏水性物质S0,导致浮选,大大降低药剂消耗,改善了后续分离浮选。对电化学调整剂的作用机理的研究考察说明,在低浓度下其性质稳定,应用可行。
The collectorless electrochemistry flotation of commensal sulphur minerals is realized by adding a small quantity of electrochemical regulators. When pulp potential (Eh) and pH are controlled in the appropriate scope, chalcopyrite and pyrite have good flotability with a minute quantity of collectors—xanthate, which is because the surface of chalcopyrite and pyrite is oxidated appropriately to form hydrophobic matter S^0 that results in flotation, reduces the cost of the reagent and improves separation flotation. The action mechanism of the electrochemical regulators is also discussed in the thesis. That shows the electrochemical regulator is stable and feasible under low concentration.
