By use of Monte-Carlo simulation and Hasofer and Linb's reliability index method and with the cumulative damage approach and the fracture mcchanics ap- proach. wc have analyzcd and calculard the fatigue failure probahility The maximum allowable stress of differrent safety index are obtained.
