摘要
中国热带农业科学院香料饮料研究所自 195 7年始系统地开展了胡椒研究工作。掌握了胡椒的播种育苗、栽培管理及病虫害防治及加工技术 ,取得了丰硕的成果 ,为我国胡椒产业化做出了重要贡献。
In 1957, researchers of the Spice and Beverage Research Institute (CATA) had car ried out systematical researches of pepper. Great success had been achieved in t he technologies of sowing, growing, prevention and control of plant diseases, el imination of pests and the processing, and it made important contribute to peppe r industrialization in China.
