Countermeasures on Carryout the Sustainable Development Strategy in Shandong Province

分析了山东实施可持续发展战略面临的压力和挑战、比较了与发达国家和地区的发展差距 ;采用国际对不同收入国家的评判标准 ,对山东实施可持续发展战略阶段进行了时空发展定位 ;研究提出了 2 1世纪前 2 0年山东实施可持续发展战略的总体指导思想、发展目标和要求、重点任务以及实施山东可持续发展战略的对策和措施。

According to the principle of sustainable development, developing history and ac tuality of Shandong, this paper amply analyzes what are the advantage conditions and opportunities, challenges and existent problems, relative inferior position . Adopting international evaluating standard to different (per capita) incomes c ountries, the studies fix the space and time strategy to carry out sustainable d evelopment in shandng province. Base on above results, it puts forward integrati on guidelines for sustainable development strategy, developing goals requirement , main tasks and strategy countermeasures to carry out the sustainable developme nt strategy in shandong province in 21 century first 20 years.
