大跨度皮带走廊在地震力和风力作用下的效应

摘要 本文对某矿112.6米的封闭式皮带走廊用有限元的方法计算了它在地震力和风力作用下的效应。计算表明,风力对皮带走廊的影响很大,由于走廊横向刚度不足,产生很大变形;风力引起的轴力比静力(恒载+活载)大一倍多。地震效应约为静力效应的40%,地震载荷的特殊组合比基本风载的主要组合要小得多,抗震验算不起控制作用。支架结件在其自身平面内、外的刚度对走廊结构的变形及运营条件,防止震害具有重要意义。 In this paper,by use of FEM,the effects of wind and earthquake action on an enclosed conveyer-belt corridor with a span of 112.6-metres has been discussed.Calculation indicates that because of the lack of lateral stiffness of conveyer-belt corridor,larger deformation is obtained under the wind action. The axial forces due to the wind action are more than 2 times as large as those of the static forces (due to dead and live loads),while those due to the earth- quake action are only 40% of those of static forces.In the calculation,effect of carthquake action is not so dominant as that of wind action for the load combination of carthquake is much less than that of wind.And thc stiffness of trestles is very important to the deformation of corridor structures,operation conditions and precautions against earthquakes.
