摘要
本文对5G7650(仿美国INTERSIL公司产品ICL7650)芯片在高温下的特性进行了深入研究,得到5G7650芯片在高温(<130℃)环境下工作时的漂移特性曲线,并在此基础上设计了一种在高温下使用的高增益,低漂移放大器。
We have deeply researched the specffic property of 5G7650 in the condit- ion of high temperature, and received some drifting curves of 5G7650 under the circumstances of below 130℃.On this basis, we have designde a new kind of amplifier which is high gain and low drifting in the situation of high temperature. We hope that we have supplied a very good material for the application of 5G7650.
