摘要
本文利用断口扫描电镜分析、金相分析、微区成分分析、应力测试和金属薄膜透射电子显敞分析等方法对SYP-15液化罐封头(冲压件)开裂问题进行了系统分析,得出了该冲压件发生开裂的原因,并提出了改进的措施。
In this paper.the Cracking of liquefied gas jar half bowl in deep drawing was investigated by optical microscopy, residual stress measurement, scanning electron fracture surface analysis,electron probe analysis and transmission electron microscopy.The cause of half bowl cracking has been obtained and some improvable steps have been recommended by authors.
