Orthogonality Test Optimization-OTTO Method

OTTO法是本文提出的一种可解决混合离散变量优化设计的方法。该法利用正交试验安排搜索点,通过正交回归设计直接得到优化设计的搜索方向,该方向和目标函数负梯度方向吻合,而又勿需对目标函数求导,因而能大大提高搜索效率,节省计算机CPU时间。

OTTO method is proposed for the solution of optimal design of mixed discrete continuous variable in this paper. It uses orthogonality lest to set searching points, so that search direction optimal design can be obtained by means of orthogonality regression design. This direction is in accordance with that of negative gradient of objective function, so the scarching efficency can be inereased and CPU time can be saved.
