摘要
本文运用现代钻削理论和最优化技术,以最大生产率或最低生产成本为优化目标,并考虑了诸多约束,建立了钻削用量优化选择的数学模型,编制了以复合形法为基础的优化程序,为利用计算机快速、可靠地选择最优钻削用量开辟了一条新径。
In this paper, the modern theory of drilling and the optimization technique are applied to the establishment of the mathematical model of drilling to obtain the optimum drilling parameters, in which the highest productivity or the lowest machining cost is used as optioum objective, and many constraints are considered. The optimization is programed according to the complex method. A new method is put foward to select the optimum drilling parameters quickly and trustfully using computers.
