摘要
目的 建立比色法测定酸枣仁提取物中总皂苷的含量 ,为酸枣仁制剂的质量控制提供依据。 方法 用香草醛 冰醋酸 高氯酸试剂显色反应 ,在 5 92nm处有最大吸收。分别考察了高氯酸用量、加热温度、加热时间对显色的影响 ,选择最优显色工艺 ,对样品进行含量测定。 结果 酸枣仁皂苷A在 0 184~ 1 0 5 1mg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系。精密度与回收率的RSD分别为 1 79%和 2 10 %。方法学考察各项指标均符合要求。 结论 本法简便、准确 ,稳定性。
Objective To develop a colorimetric analysis method for the quantitative determination of total saponins in SZS extracts and to offer the evidence for the quality control of SZS preparation.Methods Use vanillin-CH 3COOH-HCLO 4 as the chromogenic reagent and detect at the wavelength of the maximum absorption 592 nm.Test separately the influences of color reaction by the quantity of HClO 4,the heating temperature and the hours of heating.Choose the best chromogenic preparation to determine the contents of the samples.Results Jujuboside A showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.184~1.051 mg/ml.The RSD of the precision and recoveries were 1.79% and 2.10% respectively.All the indexes of the methodological investigations meet the requirements.Conclusion The methods were simple and accurate.There were excellent stability and repeatability.
