放射介入法治疗手术后上消化道出血的体会

Experience of interventional therapy in the treatment of hemorrhage in the upper digestive tract following surgical operation

目的 总结外科临床上难治性上消化道出血病人的治疗经验。方法 回顾性分析采用 介入放射技术对6例难治性上消化道出血病人(1例十二指肠溃疡毕Ⅱ式胃大部切除术后十二指肠 残端瘘致出血、4例胆道手术后消化道出血和1例十二指肠溃疡出血病人)进行处理。结果 6例病 人均获得治愈且无上消化道出血复发。结论 对于难治性上消化道出血用介入栓塞治疗处理临床效 果肯定,是一种值得推广的治疗方法。

Objective To analyze and summarize the experience of treatment of the patients with refractory upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage (UGIH).Methods The clinical data of 6 patients with refractory UGIH were analyzed retrospectively. They were subjected to interventional therapy and surgical operation.Results Interventional therapy and surgical operation were performed on 6 cases successfully without recurrence of UGIH.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of treating refractory UGIH by interventional therapy in combination with surgical operation is satisfactory.
