本文介绍了不同材质和强化工艺的大模数齿轮单齿弯曲疲劳强度试验结果,分析了齿根的弯曲疲劳特性及其影响因素,就进一步提高硬齿面齿轮轮齿的弯曲疲劳强度,提出建设性意见。

This paper presents the single tooth bending fatique test of a major module gear made of different materials with indentifying technique. The characteristics of bending fatique of the dcdendum and the influencing factors on it are analysed.
