摘要
综述了耦合固定化酶催化剂研究中的一些方法,比较了各种方法的特点和应用情况。结果表明,耦合固定化技术能克服传统固定化方法的缺陷,具有良好的应用和发展前景。
Several co-immobilization methods for enzyme catalysts were reviewed and compared. Co-immobilization overcome the limitations on traditional immobilization methods and has good prospects of application.
