公路工程造价审查方法研究

Research on highway cost examination methods

通过对现有的工程造价审查方法的分析,提出基于定量和定性相结合的分步综合审查方法,构建出审查方法的数据流程图,并采用一种用层次分析法确定指标权重,用加权海明距离确定工程相似程度,进而选择类似工程.最后以该方法为基础形成造价审查系统,通过信息化方式实现造价审查,并应用到广东省交通工程造价管理系统的开发中.

Through analyzing the present engineering cost examination methods, step-by-step comprehensive examination method, based on quantitative and qualitative analyses, was advanced, and data flow chart was constructed, meanwhile, an analytical analyzing method was applied to confirm index weight, and ascertain engineering resemble degree through add right Haiming distance, and choose resemble project. Finally, basing on the method, cost examination system was formed, and cost examination was carried out through info manner, and applied to the development of Guangdong Province Communication Engineering Cost Management System.
