止痛痔疮栓的药效学研究

Experimental study on pharmacodynamics of Zhitong-Zhichuang suppository

目的 :观察止痛痔疮栓的药效学作用。方法 :以小鼠耳肿胀和大鼠足跖肿胀法实验 ,观察其抗炎作用 ;应用热板法考察其镇痛作用 ;用小鼠断尾法观察出血时间。结果 :止痛痔疮栓有明显的抑制小鼠耳肿胀和大鼠足跖肿胀作用(P <0 0 1) ;热板法验证止痛痔疮栓能明显提高痛阈 ;小鼠断尾显示其能缩短小鼠断尾出血时间。结论 :止痛痔疮栓具有明显的抗炎、镇痛及止血作用。

Objective:To observe the effects of antiinflammation,analgesia and hemostasia with Zhitong-Zhichuang suppository.Methods:The effects of antiinflammation on Zhitong-Zhichuang suppository were respectively tested by ear edema of mice,ankle swell of rats.Analgetic experiment was carried out by the method of heated plank.Bleeding time was tested by the cutting tail in mice.Results:Zhitong-Zhichuang suppository significantly inhibited the mice ear edema and ankle swell.Zhitong-Zhichuang suppository remarkably increases mice pain threshold and shortens bleeding time.Conclusion:Zhitong-Zhichuang suppository has the obvious effects in antiinflammation analgesia and hemostasia.
