摘要 2F是调控细胞周期进程一个关键的转录因子 ,而且在血管再狭窄的病理过程中也起着非常重要的作用。对上述问题的了解 ,将有助于血管再狭窄防治的研究。 The transcription factor,E2F,playing a critical role in cell cycle regulation,is involved in the pathophysiological process of restenosis.The realization of above issues may benefit the investigation of restenosis prevention.
