摘要
本文通过运用核心竞争力理论,分析高等职业教育发展存在的问题,提出高等职业教育发展的新思路、新模式,着重指出人才问题是制约高等职业教育发展的瓶颈,在新的形势下,高等职业学校应更多地关注人才集聚和人才激励问题。
By means of the core-competence theory, the essay analyzes the development and survival of high professional education, puts forward exploratory with fresh thoughts and models in the development of high professional education. It points primarily out that the issue of talents is the bottle-neck which restricts the development of high professional education. Under the new situation, the colleges engaged in high professional education should pay more attention to the conglomeration of talents as well as the encouragement to them.
