摘要
研究了在机械/热模拟机上完成的三向编织碳/碳复合材料的高温拉伸力学性能实验及高温断裂特征。同时对断口形态进行了分析。实验结果表明:碳/碳复合材料在高温(1600~3000℃)拉伸曲线特征不同于它在较低温度及室温的特征。拉伸强度随温度的增高而增加,在2400℃时达到最大值,而后随温度增高而降低。断裂应变是随温度的增高而增加。断口分析发现碳/碳复合材料在高温下的断口组织要比低温光滑,且拉出纤维比低温少。
High temperature fracture characteristics and tensile mechanical property test of 3D woven carbon/carbon composites were investigated by mechanical thermal simulator (Gleeble-1500) and analysis of fracture morphology was carried out at the same time.The test results showed that the tensile properties at high temperature (1600~3000℃) were different from that at lower temperature and room temperature.Tensile strength increased with increasing temperature up to 2400℃ and then decreased with increasing temperature.Failure strain increased with increasing temperature. Analys ising fracture found that the fracture textureat high temperture was more smooth than at lower temperature and a little fibres were puued out.
