摘要
对近年来国内对类风湿性关节炎(RA)的临床治疗进行了综述,包括:药物治疗、物理治疗、外科和其他疗法,尤其是在药物开发、作用机理、研究进展方面作了更为详尽的归纳阐述。指出:生物制剂作为新兴的RA治疗药物,具有药理靶点选择性高和毒副作用较小的优点,预期将有广泛的应用前景。
The advance of the clinical treatments of Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) over the last few years in the world was reviewed in this paper. The medicnal therapy, physical therapy and surgical intervention are related.Especially, the drug development, the effective mechanism and the research advance in this area are thoroughly assessed. The bio pharmaceutical products will become novel medicines for the therapy of RA because they have function of pharmacological target and less toxic and side effectives. Those bio pharmaceutical products with the advantage mentioned above may dramatically increase the potential application in the treatment of RA.
