摘要
针对铝电解过程存在强电场、强磁场、强热场等干扰问题 ,在基于CAN总线的预焙铝电解槽智能控制系统中 ,采取了有效的软、硬件抗干扰措施 ,提高控制系统的稳定性和可靠性 ,保证了系统安全可靠地运行。
In aluminum electrolysis process there is interference problem of strong electric field and magnetic field. For CAN bus based intelligent control system of pre-bake aluminum electrolyzer, in order to enhance stability and reliability of the control system, some of the countermeasures from hardware and software are taken, thus security of the system operation is ensured.
