摘要
本文分析了连续矫直的理论机理以及其在薄板坯连铸中的应用,计算了薄板坯连续矫直的矫直力,并与SMS/DEMAG公司的计算结果作了比较,说明本文分析、计算结果是正确的,为类似设备的设计、计算提供了参考。
In the paper, the theory of the continuous straightening and its application in the thin slab are analyzed,and the continuous straightening force of the thin slab which make us confused all the while is calculated.Compared with the SMS/DEMAG calculation,the results shown in this paper are fitted to the practical case and the analysis method can be applied to the analysis and calculation of the similar machine in the engineering.
