摘要
本文运用有限元分析软件对双柱下拉式快锻液压机进行了模态分析,得到了机架的前十阶固有频率和相应的固有振型,对了解快锻液压机的动态性能,进行结构优化设计有一定借鉴意义。
This paper has analyzed the mode of the frame of 12.5 MN twin columns pull-down high speed forging hydraulic machine applying finite element analysis software.The fore ten natural frequencies and corresponding modes were obtained through modal analysis of the frame,which provided important reference value in understanding the dynamic behavior characteristics of hydraulic machine and structural optimum designing.
