某些热加工滑移线场的简化计算方法

A Simplified Method to Calculate some Ship Line Fields of Hot Working

本文运用积分中值定理提出一种简化某些热加工滑移线场计算的新方法,并以热压薄件场为例(1/h-5.6,3.6,1.6)进行了实际计算,结果表明,与目前惯用的数值计算方法相对误差不超过0.6%,但可大大简化计算步骤并给出计算显式。

A new method in which integral mean value theorem is employed has beeu proposed to some slip line fields of hot working in this paper. Take the slip line field of hot compressing thin work piece as a example, an calculation for 1/h=5.6, 3.6, 1.6 are carried out. The calculated results show that the relative error between above method and prevailing one is less than 0.6%. However, the procedure is much more simplified and an explicit formla is given out.
