幼托机构空气中细菌总数适用标准探讨分析

Analysis and discussion on the appropriate standards of total aerial bacterial number in kindergartens

为准确评价幼托机构空气卫生质量 ,为国家制定卫生标准提供依据。随机对 9所幼儿园内 89个寝室及活动室采样监测 ,参照GB 96 6 3- 1996和GB/T 18880 - 2 0 0 2进行讨论。以≤ 10cfu 皿为标准 ,细菌总数平均合格率为 6 9.6 6 % ;以≤ 30cfu 皿为标准 ,其平均合格率为 87.6 4 % ;二者的观察一致率为 82 .0 2 % ,一致性强度为中度。幼托机构空气中细菌总数卫生标准应采用≤ 10cfu 皿 (沉降法 )、 10 0 0cfu m3(碰撞法 )比较合适。

In order to accurately assess the air hygienic quality in kindergartens and lay down the basis for the establishment of national standards, random samples taken from eighty-nine dorms and recreation rooms in nine kindergartens were monitored, the results were discussed according to the standards GB9663-1996 and GB/T18880-2002. Using ≤10cfu/plate as the criteria, the quality rate for total bacteria number was 69.66%, while using ≤30cfu/plate as the criteria, the quality rate for total bacteria number was 87.64%. The rate of agreement was 82.02%, which was middle in terms of agreement degree. It was suggested that appropriate hygienic standard for total aerial bacteria number in kindergartens should be ≤10cfu/plate (precipitation method) or ≤1000cfu/m\+3(collision method).
