在分析了传统的金刚石钻头热压法烧结工艺的基础上，提出了金刚石钻头热压法双式烧结工艺，并对其进行了可行性论证。采用此工艺制造的金刚石钻头经实钻应用后，钻头的性能指标满足钻探生产要求。本工艺成倍地提高了制造金刚石钻头的生产效率，大幅度降低了能源消耗。

Abstract: This article puts forward the double sintering techniques of the hot-pressed method. On the basis of analysis the traditional sintering technology of the hot-pressed method of diamond bits, and makes a feasibility study. After the practice the properties satisfied the requirement of drilling. This technology doubled the production the of diamond bits and reduced energy consumption source.
