钻机升降机凸轮式增力机构分析

摘要 从钻机升降机制动钻具时的工作特点和人机工程学的角度对操作手把凸轮的增力特性进行了分析。给出了凸轮的理想增力比曲线,并利用计算机绘制了3种国产钻机所用的凸轮的增力比曲线,从加工工艺性、结构及工作特性等方面进行综合分析比较,与理论曲线对比,得出了较理想的凸轮形状;根据人机工程学的理论讨论了工作过程中操作手把的转动角度及操作者施力大小的合理取值范围。 The reinforcing properties of cam of handle frim the working characteristics when the drill hoist brakes the drilling tool and frkm the angle of ergonomics. The ideal reinforcing rate curve of cam was provided and reinforcing rate curves of three kinds of cam of Chinese-built drills have been drawn. Ideal cam shape was gained by coomprehensively comprehensively comparing processing technique, structure and working properties with theoretical curves. The rotating angle of handle and the rational range of selected values of forces of operators are discussed depend on erogonomics.
