摘要
目的 研究撞击参数对声门紧闭状态下肺撞击伤的影响。方法 采用BIM Ⅱ型水平式生物撞击机致伤 ,以不同驱动压和压缩量撞击 10 8只新西兰大白兔右侧胸部 ,其中声门紧闭与开放组各 5 4只 ,造成闭合性胸部创伤。结果 不同撞击条件可引起不同程度的胸部创伤 ,声门紧闭状态下撞击致兔肺撞击伤的AIS分值显著高于声门开放状态下的AIS分值 (P <0 0 5 )。在压缩量不变的情况下 ,随驱动压力增加 ,肺损伤程度随之加重 ,主要以肺叶损伤较重。在驱动压力不变的情况下 ,随压缩量增加 ,肺损伤程度加重 ,主要以肺门伤情较重。结论 致伤参数与损伤分布特点密切相关。
Objective To study the effects of impact parameters on the lung impact injury under closure of glottis in rabbits. Methods A total of 108 rabbits were divided into two groups: open glottis group and closed glottis group (n=54 in each group). Rabbits in both groups were impacted with BIM-Ⅱ Bio-impactor in the right chest with various driving pressures and compression percentages, resulting in closed thoracic trauma. Results Different impact conditions caused different degrees of thoracic trauma. Abbreviated injury score (AIS) of the closed glottis group was significantly higher than that of the open glottis group (P<0.05). Under the same compression percentage, no matter what the glottis states were, the bigger the driving pressure was, the more severe of the lung injury, particularly in the lung lobes. However, under the same driving pressure, the bigger the compression percentage was, the more severe of the lung injury, especially in the lung hilum. Conclusion The severity and characteristics of injuries are closely associated with the impact parameters.
