脊髓纵裂患者脊髓栓系综合征的手术疗效分析

The results of operative treatment of diastematomyelia associated with tethered cord syndrome

目的 分析双管型脊髓纵裂患者脊髓栓系综合征的手术疗效。方法 对 34例行手术治疗的双管型脊髓纵裂TCS患者进行回顾性分析。结果 通过手术后观察和 3个月～ 5年的随访发现 ,手术的总有效率可达 91% ,尤其是疼痛为主诉的患者恢复最为明显 ,术后恢复似乎与术前病程无关。结论 双管型脊髓纵裂合并TCS的患者一旦确诊 ,无手术禁忌证就应尽早手术。只要手术操作细致 ,大多患者症状可缓解 ,不会出现明显的神经并发症。

Objective To analyze the results of operative treatment of diastematomyelia associated with tethered cord syndrome.Methods Thirty-four patients with double tubular diastematomyelia associated with tethered cord syndrome who were operated were analyzed retrospectively. Results By observation after surgery and follow-up from 3 months to 5 years, the total effective rate reached 91%. Especially those who complained pain relieved remarkably. It seemed that the postoperative recovery was not related with the preoperative duration. Conclusion Once the diagnosis of the diastematomyelia associated with tethered cord syndrome was made, it should be operated as soon as possible if there is no contraindication. Most of patients can get alleviation without obvious nerve complication if only the operation is performed with caution.
