摘要
目的 探讨建立踝关节骨折三维有限元模型的方法。方法 采用活体踝关节为标本 ,应用CT扫描技术及图形数字化方法获取踝关节骨折的三维坐标 ,输入有限元分析软件 ,并通过确定材料特性参数和网格化 ,建立踝关节骨折的三维有限元模型。结果 建立的三维有限元模型几何形状与材料特性的还原性良好 ,可以准确反映踝关节骨折的移位情况。结论 采用CT扫描资料建立的三维有限元模型切实可靠 ,有助于踝部移位骨折的正确诊断。
Objective To evaluate the method of establishment of a three-dimensional finite element model of fractured ankle. Methods Fractured ankle in vivo was used as specimen.CT scan was performed to obtain configuration data,and with Auto CAD software,three-dimensional coordinate of the ankle was obtained. Then with the finite element analysis software to determine property parameter of material and meshing,an intact three-dimensionalfinite element model of fractured ankle was set up. Results The geometry shape and reduction of material character of the three-dimensional finite model established was ideal, which was able to reflect correctly the displacement of the ankle fragments. Conclusion It is reliable to build three-dimensional finite element model with CT scan data,which improves the diagnosis of the displaced ankle fracture.
