Reasons and treatment for skin healing defect following distal fibular plate fixation

目的 探讨腓骨远段骨折钢板固定术后伤口愈合不良的原因及对策。方法 回顾性分析胫腓骨远段骨折术后切口愈合不良发生的年龄段、可能的相关因素及采用不同方法修复创面的效果。结果 5 3例术后伤口愈合不良 ,中青年肥胖者占 5 6 6 % ,皮肤挫伤严重者占 17 0 % ,糖尿病患者占 9 4 % ,皮肤有张力性过大者占 11 3%。患者经清创缝合、植皮、皮瓣转移、长皮膏外敷等处理后均完全愈合。结论 腓骨远段骨折术后伤口愈合不良 ,可能与局部血供营养障碍有关 ,可通过恰当措施预防与治愈。

Objective To analyse the possible reasons and countermeasure of skin healing defect following distal fibular plate fixation.Methods 53 cases with skin healing defect following fibular plate fixation were studied retrospectively including the age and other possible relative factors. Different methods were used accordingly. Results In 53 cases of skin healing defect, 56.6% was the fat people under middle age, 17.0% got serious contusion, 9.4% had diabetes mellitus, 11.3% got bad swelling and the skin tension was too tight. Every case got good recovery after the treatment of dermoplasty, skin flap transfer, suture after debridement or cream with skin growth factors, respectively.Conclusion Skin healing defect of distal fibular plate fixation might have close relation with local dystrophy and blood insufficiently. It could be treated and prevented by suitable measures.
