摘要
目的 :探讨大鼠实验性肝癌中组胺H2 受体基因的mRNA表达情况。方法 :采用二甲基氨基偶氮苯 (DAB)诱发大鼠肝癌模型 ,以逆转录聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)半定量法研究肝癌组织、远癌肝组织及正常肝组织中组胺H2 受体基因的mRNA表达。结果 :组胺H2 受体mRNA在肝癌组织中的表达明显低于远癌肝组织 (P <0 0 1)和正常肝组织 (P <0 0 1)。结论
OBJECTIVE:To study the mRNA expression of histamine H 2 receptor in experimental hepatocarcinoma of Wistar rats.METHODS: Dimethylamino-azobenzene (DAB) was used to induce hepatocarcinoma in rats. Semi-quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was adopted to analyse the relative expression of histamine H 2 receptor.RESULTS: The relative mRNA expression of histamine H 2 receptor was significantly decreased (P<0.01) in hepatic carcinoma tissue.CONCLUSIONS: It may play a role in the occurrence and development of liver cancer that the mRNA expression of histamine H 2 receptor is decreased.
