摘要
目的 :研究胆囊癌中微血管计数(microvesselcount ,MVC)和血管内皮生长因子 (vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)及其受体Flk 1(fetalliverkinase 1)的表达及三者对肿瘤血管生成和转移的影响。方法 :应用免疫组化方法检测 49例胆囊癌组织MVC、VEGF和Flk 1。结果 :49例胆囊癌MVC值为( 3 4 5± 11 8)个 /HP ,与Nevin临床分期、淋巴结转移和分化程度密切相关P <0 0 5。VEGF表达的阳性率为 63 3 % ( 3 1/4 9) ,在Nevin临床分期S1~S3和淋巴结未转移者中的表达分别显著低于S4~S5和有淋巴结转移者P <0 0 5 ,且与MVC值呈显著相关 ,t =2 0 61,P <0 0 5。Flk 1表达的阳性率为67 3 % ( 3 3 /4 9) ,与VEGF密切相关 ,P <0 0 5。VEGF及其受体Flk 1共阳性表达者的百分率为 49 0 % ( 2 4/4 9) ,其MVC值显著增高 ,t =2 480 ,P <0 0 5。结论 :VEGF及其受体Flk 1的表达和MVC与胆囊癌的血管生成。
OBJECTIVE:To study the microressel count (MVC),expressions of vascular endothlial growth factor (VEGF) and its receptor Flk-1 in gallbladder carcinoma and their effect on tumor angiogenesis and metastasis. METHODS:The stains of VEGF, Flk-1 and MV were completed by the immunohistochemical method in 49 cases of gallbladder carcinoma.RESULTS:The value of MVC was (34.5±11.8)/HP in 49 cases of gallbladder carcinoma,and it was closely correlated with Nevin staging, lymph node metastasis and tumor differentiation,P<0.05. The positive rate of VEGF was 63.3% (31/49),and its expression was significantly lower in cases of Nevin staging S1-S3 and without metastasis than that of Nevin staging S4-S5 and with metastasis,P<0.05,and was markedly correlated with MVC,t=2.061,P<0.05. The positive rate of Flk-1 was 67.3% (33/49) and it was markedly correlated with VEGF, P<0.05. The percentage of the patients with both positive VEGF and Flk-1 expressions was 49.0% (24/49), and their MVC value was markedly higher than that of the others,P<0.05. CONCLUSION:Expressions of VEGF and its receptor Flk-1,and MVC are closely correlated with angiogenesis, invasion and metastasis of gallbladder carcinoma.
