摘要 反义技术是基因治疗的一个策略。反义寡核苷酸对癌基因的特异性封闭作用可抑制基因的表达 ,阻止癌症的发展与恶化。综述了乳腺癌c erbB Antisense technology is a strategy of gene therapy.The specific blocking action of antisense oligonucleotide can suppress gene expression and prevent the progression and deterioration of cancer.The article summarizes the antisense c-erbB-2 gene therapy strategy for mammary cancer and the clinical significance of antisense drug.
