基质金属蛋白酶-7mRNA在胃癌组织中表达的研究

Study on expression of MMP-7 mRNA in gastric carcinoma

目的 :检测基质金属蛋白酶 -7(MMP 7)基因在胃癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达 ,探讨MMP 7在胃癌发生发展中的作用。方法 :应用逆转录—聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)检测胃癌组织及相应癌旁组织中MMP 7基因的表达。结果 :3 0例胃癌组织中有 2 3例表达MMP 7基因 ,阳性率为 76 7% ,相应的 3 0例癌旁组织均未检测到MMP 7基因表达。统计学分析表明 ,MMP 7基因在胃癌组织和癌旁组织中的表达差异有统计学意义 ,χ2 =3 7 2 97,P <0 0 0 1。结论 :胃癌组织中MMP 7基因具有高表达率 ,且表达具有高度肿瘤特异性 ,提示MMP

OBJECTIVE:To study the expression of MMP-7 gene and explore its effect on the nephrogenesis and development of human gastric carcinoma.METHODS:The expression of MMP-7 gene in 30 gastric carcinomas specimens and 30 corresponding adjacent normal gastric tissue specimens were detected by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).RESULTS:MMP-7 gene had high expression rate in gastric carcinoma,and 23 of the 30 (76.7%) gastric carcinomas specimens expressed MMP-7 mRNA.There was no expression of MMP-7 gene in the adjacent tissue of gastric carcinoma.There was a highly significant statistic difference between the expression of MMP-7 gene in the gastric carcinoma and the adjacent tissue of gastric carcinoma,χ 2=37.297,P<0.001.CONCLUSIONS:MMP-7 gene has high expression rate in the tissue of gastric carcinoma and the expression is highly specific,which indicates that MMP-7 plays a very important role in the nephrogenesis and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.
