^(18)F-FDG-SPECT显像技术在肺癌诊断中的意义

摘要 目的 :研究18F FDG SPECT显像技术在肺癌诊断中的临床意义。方法 :利用恶性肿瘤组织高糖酵解的特性 ,对 3 6例肺癌患者用18F标记脱氧葡萄糖 ,使18F浓聚于癌组织中 ,再用带符合线路的SPECT探测其摄取率达到诊断目的 ,并与术后病理切片作对照研究。结果 :3 6例患者病灶检出灵敏度10 0 % ,正确率 91 67% ( 3 3 /3 6) ,其中鳞癌正确率 10 0 % ( 17/17) ,腺癌 84 62 % ( 11/13 )。结论 :18F FDG SPECT能有效地显像肺癌病灶 ,瘤体及转移淋巴结的检出率高于CT ,作为一种补充检查有着重要的临床意义。该检查价格便宜 ,成像清晰 ,有良好应用价值。 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the clinical significance of 18F-FDG-SPECT imaging in diagnosis of lung cancer.METHODS:Thirty-six patients underwent FDG-SPECT imaging to investigate the 18F-FDG uptake rate in the tumor tissue of the lung,and the result was contrasted with the postoperative pathology.RESULTS:The sensitivity of the examination was 100%.The accuracy rate was 91.67%(33/36) in all,100% in squamous carcinoma(17/17) and 84.62% in adenocarcinoma (11/13),respectively.CONCLUSIONS:The lung mass can be effectively imaged with 18F-FDG-SPECT. The sensitivity of the examination of the lung lesions and matastic lymphonodi was higher than that of CT scanning. It can be a complementary examination technique and of great value in the clinical use with cheaper expenditure and well imaging. [
