冷冻治疗原发性肺癌的临床研究

Clinical study on cryosurgery in lung cancer

为研究冷冻治疗对原发性肺癌的治疗效果 ,对 97例原发性周围型肺癌进行了冷冻外科治疗 ,其中I期 7例 ,Ⅱ期 18例 ,Ⅲ期 66例 ,Ⅳ期 6例 ,无手术死亡。随访结果为局部复发 9例 ,中位生存期 2 9 2 8个月 ,1、3、5年生存率分别为 88 0 4%、18 12 %、1 13 %。初步研究结果表明 ,肺癌的冷冻外科治疗是一种微创、有效的手术方法。

To study the clinical effect of cryosurgery on lung cancer,97 cases with lung cancer were treated by crosurgery.There was no operative mortality and the following-up showed 9 cases relapsed locally. The median survival time was 29.28 monthes and cumulative 1-,3- and 5- year survival rates were 88.04%,18.12% and 1.13%, respectively.The results indicated that cryosurgical resection of lung cancer is an effective mini-invasion operation.
