彩色电视机在运输过程中，会受到各种形式的机械力，如振动、冲击、离心力、运动产生的摩擦力等，而对彩电危害最大的是振动和冲击。因此设计过程中须进行隔振与隔冲的设计，以满足机械试验的要求。

The color television sets will suffer from all sorts of mechanic forces, like vibration, impact, eccentric force, friction, etc. , of which the vibration and shock are the worst. Therefore TV designer will take consideration of anti-vibration and shock so as to satisfy the requirement of mechanic tests.
