摘要 基因治疗是一种对各种与基因相关、威胁到人类生命的疾病有重要潜在治疗作用的一种新的治疗方法[1].基因治疗在四十多年的发展道路上取得了很多惊人的成就,也遇到了很多困难.目前基因治疗要真正进入临床应用,还有一些根本问题没有解决,其中最重要的是安全、高效及可控的基因载体的构建[2].
