On the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of lead-zinc ore in Huili zinc mine, the characteristics of different phases` flotation Circuit of Huili Zinc Mine are evaluated, the problems of flotation process at present and technique development orientations of mineral processing are pointed out in this paper.
