提高立盘过滤机产能的探索

Exploration for Increasing Capacity of Disk Filter

本文通过对影响立盘过滤机产能的主要因素进行分析 ,提出减少过滤盲区 ,增加变频调整 ,提高立盘转速 ,使用无纺布替代纺织布 ,可以提高立盘产能 ,减少生产费用 。

By analyzing the main factors effecting the capacity of disk filter,this paper puts forward a measure of decreasing filtration blind area,increasing adjustment of frequency conversion,raising the speed of disk filter and using non-textile cloth in place of textile cloth,which can increase the capacity of disk filter and cut down production cost so that economical results can be improved.
