笔者结合企业现状提出了培育高素质企业家的重要性,重点阐述了企业家所具备的几种素质是他们取得成功的重要保证和关键,提出了培育高素质企业家队伍的根本途径。

Combining with present situation of the enterprises,author proposed the importance on training of high-quality enterpriser rank. And several qualities that can become an important quarantee and key for acquiring success of enterprisers are emphatically elucidated.The fundamental way for training of high-quality enterpriser ranks was advanced in this paper.
