轴对称正—径多向挤压变形规律的数值模拟

Numerical Simnlation of the Law of Axial Symmetry Forward-Radial Multi-Extrnsion Deformation

本文采用上限元法(UBET)分析了轴对称正一径多向挤压成形的变形规律;为工艺设计提供了理论依据;所编程序具有较多的功能;模拟结果与实验值相比,具有良好的一致性。

In this paper, the law of the deformation for the axial symmetry forward-Radial multi-extrusion deformation is analysed by upper bound elemental technigue(UBET) and the theoretical design. The program is made and has much more functions. There is little difference to the comparison between simulation results and experiment results.
