IEEE802.11e增强型分布式协调功能的性能分析

摘要 IEEE802.11e协议草案以增强型分布式协调功能(EDCF)为基础,保证多媒体业务的服务质量。针对目前没有合适的EDCF理论分析模型,本文提出的EDCF理论分析模型。该模型假设终端竞争信道过程为Markov链,并得出归一化饱和吞吐量,结构简单,分析方便。仿真结果表明,系统饱和吞吐量和多媒体业务的成功发送概率及碰撞概率的理论分析结果基本准确。 IEEE 802.11e draft based on enhanced distributed coordination function (EDCF) can ensure quality of multimedia services. No suitable EDCF analytical model is available. An analytical model is proposed to analyze EDCF performance. The model is simple and accurate. Simulation results show that it is effecive to compute system saturation throughput and the successful transmission probability and collision probability of multimedia traffic.
