摘要
针对控制网络与信息网络互联及设备远程控制的应用场合,提出了一种基于微控制器的ControlAreaNet现场总线(CAN总线)与以太网互联方案。该方案采用微控制器作为异构网络互联的网关,直接驱动IEEE802.3以太网和CAN数据链路层协议芯片并解析TCP/IP和CAN应用的上层协议,因而在无需大量资源的情况下,可获得一种高效、可靠和廉价的互联网关。通过系统扩展,可形成一个完整的CAN总线与以太网互联控制系统,实现设备远程控制和资源统一管理。给出了一个完整的CAN总线与以太网互联控制系统,实现设备远程控制和资源统一管理。给出了方案实现的具体设计思想并通过实验证明该互联方案的可靠性和有效性。
According to the applications in connection with control and information networks and equipment remote control, a CAN-Ethernet connection scheme based on the communication microcontroller is put forward. A microcontroller is adopted as the gateway of heterogeneous network connection. It drives the Ethernet and CAN data link layer protocol chips directly, at the same time interprets TCP/IP and CAN application protocols, so with this scheme a high-efficiency, credible and cheap gateway can be obtained without a great deal of resources. By system expansion, an integral Ethernet-CAN connection control system can be formed and equipment remote control and resource centralized management can be realized. The design idea for implementation is described in detail, and the reliability and validity of the scheme are proved by experiments.
