摘要 目前国内外在激光加工中普遍应用的数控系统是一种专用型、封闭式的系统 ,无法适应现代高柔性、低成本的加工要求。因此 ,本文研制了一种基于工业PC的开放式多功能激光加工数控系统 ,以通用的Windows操作系统作为开发平台 ,同时具有硬件和软件的开放性。该系统具有如下特色 :设计了编程专家系统 ,使用者无需学习G代码和PMAC卡宏指令即可编程 ;通过自动编程系统可将激光切割的CAD图形自动转换为加工代码 ,并可自动选择最佳切割顺序 ,保证最短空程路径 ;提出了一种PID全离线检测方案 ,大大加速了激光加工机多轴控制参数的调节和优化进程。该数控系统已成功地应用于激光切割、焊接、表面处理、快速直接制造等多种激光加工。 The common NC system that is widely applied to current laser processing is a kind of specialized and closed system, which cannot meet the requirements on high flexibility and low cost in industrial production. Therefore, an open multi-functional PC-based NC system on Windows operation system platform, which has the character of software and hardware openness, has been developed for laser processing. An expert system has been developed for releasing the trouble of studying G code and PMAC card language. The automatic programming system can translate the CAD drawing to processing code, optimize the working procedure and processing path. In practical applications,a new method for PID off-line detection has been developed, which greatly fastened the adjustment and optimization of the PID parameters. This developed laser processing system has been successfully applied in laser cutting, laser welding, laser surface modification and laser direct manufacturing.
