肾癌G250MN/CAIX抗原的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 肾癌G2 5 0抗原是其特异性抗原 ,相应抗体及瘤苗在动物与临床试验中取得阶段性成果 ,展示了对肾癌的诊断、治疗和监测的良好应用前景。本文对肾癌G2 5 0抗原的蛋白组成、基因结构、理化性质以及在肾癌的诊断。
